I’m a sucker for romcoms. And if I’m being honest, I was keeping an eye on this project based on Mary Mouser’s involvement. I’ve listened to several audiobooks but this was the first one I’ve heard produced with an entire cast and sound effects. It’s like having a movie on in the background as you’re going on about your day.

Your leads “Cleo” and “Javi”, voiced by Mary Mouser and Tyler Posey respectively, are so fleshed out that they seem like real people, people you know. When their favorite gameshow is being rebooted, they decide to enter as contestants. But here’s the thing, they met via a dating app and are NOT married. The writing is so well done that it really earns its ending. It’s not one I saw coming and is the reason I now want a feature film!
